This project targets coating VOCs (e.g., benzene series, esters, ketones) generated during intelligent boat and ship manufacturing. The combined process of dry filtration pretreatment + activated carbon adsorption/desorption concentration + CO catalytic combustion ensures stable system operation and successful environmental protection acceptance.
The CO catalytic combustion unit features our company's precious metal catalyst, customized and optimized for boat and ship coating exhaust gases (including benzene series, esters, ketones, etc.). It offers low light-off temperature, high catalytic activity, and excellent resistance to poisoning, efficiently oxidizing VOCs into carbon dioxide and water. This guarantees long-term stable compliance, significantly extends catalyst service life, and reduces enterprise operation and maintenance costs. The entire system is highly automated, safe, and energy-efficient, fully meeting the continuous production demands of the boat and shipbuilding industry.
