Project Location: Yangjiang, Guangdong
Industry Type: Chemical (abrasive material production)
Treatment Air Volume: 270,000 m³/h
Main Pollutants: Composite VOCs including epoxy resin, phenolic resin, alcohol, silane, cyclohexanone, titanate, DMP-30, T31, tetramine, grease, stearic acid, etc.
Process Route: High-efficiency filter + Zeolite rotor concentration + Rotary RTO incineration
This project targets complex organic exhaust gases with large air volumes. It adopts a combined process of pretreatment + rotor concentration + rotary RTO. The system operates stably and reliably. The zeolite rotor uses high-performance hydrophobic molecular sieves, offering excellent adsorption efficiency for various VOCs such as resins, ketones, alcohols, etc. The rotary RTO is equipped with high-efficiency ceramic heat storage media, achieving high heat recovery efficiency and low operational energy consumption. The overall system treatment efficiency is ≥90%, with a measured outlet emission concentration of 15 mg/m³, ensuring long-term stable compliance.
