What Materials Are Molecular Sieves Made Of?

The molecular sieve products adopt high-silica-alumina-ratio or all-silica hydrophobic molecular sieves, maintaining excellent adsorption capacity under high-humidity conditions and showing good selectivity for various VOCs. The material is an inorganic non-metallic material, and when combined with inorganic fiber or integrally extruded carriers, it becomes high-temperature resistant and non-combustible. The normal desorption temperature can reach 180–220°C, ensuring thorough desorption, and it can withstand high-temperature regeneration at 350°C with stable and reliable performance. In addition, the products are available in various forms such as pellets/extrudates, fiber honeycomb, and extruded honeycomb, which can be flexibly adapted to different VOCs adsorption and concentration scenarios including fixed beds and rotors.
