Fiber Honeycomb Molecular Sieve

Lightweight zeolite honeycomb is prepared by using inorganic fiber honeycomb with high porosity as the carrier, and loading zeolite molecular sieves with high silicon aluminum ratio (high hydrophobicity) onto the fiber honeycomb carrier through appropriate impregnation coating process. It has the characteristics of large specific surface area, high adsorption and desorption efficiency, and diverse specifications and shapes. It is applied to VOCs adsorption, concentration and purification treatment in fixed beds, cylindrical or disc rotors, with flexible assembly, large adsorption capacity, and high treatment efficiency.

Features of Fiber Honeycomb Molecular Sieve

The lightweight zeolite honeycomb adopts high silicon or all silicon hydrophobic molecular sieves as adsorbent materials. The high moisture content condition has little effect on the adsorption capacity, and the pore size of the molecular sieve is uniform. It has superior adsorption and desorption performance for various organic waste gases.

Inorganic fiber carriers and molecular sieves have high temperature resistance and non flammability properties, eliminating the risk of equipment ignition. At the same time, they can increase the normal desorption temperature to 180 ℃~220 ℃, making desorption more thorough. Can undergo regular regeneration at 350 ℃ high temperature, with reliable performance.
