Project Location: Foshan Sanshui, Guangdong
Treatment Air Volume: 30,000 m³/h + 2,000 m³/h
Core Process: Exhaust gas collection → Dry filter → Activated carbon adsorption/desorption → CO catalytic combustion → Compliant emission
This project targets VOCs (ink and solvent-based) generated during packaging printing processes. It adopts a combined process: dry filtration pretreatment + activated carbon adsorption/desorption concentration + CO catalytic combustion. The system operates stably and has successfully passed environmental protection acceptance.
The CO catalytic combustion core of this project uses our company's precious metal catalyst, custom-optimized for printing industry VOCs (such as benzene series, esters, alcohols, etc.). It features low light-off temperature, high catalytic activity, and excellent resistance to poisoning. The catalyst efficiently oxidizes VOCs into carbon dioxide and water, ensuring long-term stable compliance, significantly extending catalyst service life, and reducing enterprise operation and maintenance costs. The entire system is highly automated, safe, and energy-efficient, perfectly suited for the continuous production demands of the packaging printing industry.
