This project targets VOCs (resin and solvent-based) generated during the production of composite materials. It adopts a combined process: dry filtration pretreatment + zeolite rotor adsorption concentration + ECO regenerative catalytic combustion. The system operates stably and has successfully passed environmental protection acceptance.


The ECO regenerative catalytic combustion core of this project features our company's dual-core configuration: precious metal catalyst + customized heat storage medium. The precious metal catalyst is custom-optimized for composite material industry VOCs (such as benzene series, esters, ketones, etc.), offering low light-off temperature, high catalytic activity, and excellent resistance to poisoning. It efficiently oxidizes VOCs into carbon dioxide and water, ensuring long-term stable compliance. Paired with our high-efficiency heat storage medium, the system achieves a waste heat recovery rate of over 95%, significantly reducing operational energy consumption, extending catalyst service life, and lowering enterprise operation and maintenance costs. The entire system is highly automated, safe, and reliable, perfectly suited for the continuous production demands of the composite materials industry.
